Staging & Redesign Services
Consultation (Written): $275
After performing an interior and exterior examination of your home, we will asses your home and provide general recommendations for improvements. Following the consultation, a written report will be provided via email including referrals to our preferred service providers.
Email Consultation: $45 Per Room
We offer email consultation for those home owners who don't have the time for a traditional consult. Whether you are looking to sell your home or update your current home, email consultation may be right for you. All that is required is 5 to 6 quality photos of your room. We will address any questions or concerns you may have. We will respond within 3 business days, offering suggestions and recommendations concerning furniture placement, accessories, color theme, paint color and wall accents.
Half or Full Day Staging Services: $450 & up
Depending on the services recommended during consultation, either a half or a full day staging services will be implemented. We will attempt to utilize the home seller’s furniture whenever possible, but may recommend renting if necessary. Accessories may be brought in to give buyers an “emotional connection” to the space. Once the staging process is completed photos will be taken and given to you, so you may pass them along to your realtor. Remember potential buyers will view your house on the internet before entering your home. Remember: first impressions count!
Vacant Homes varies depending on size
A vacant house is the most difficult to sell. Why? Because buyers can not visualize the homes potential. Staging a vacant house will highlight all the architectural features, the function for each room and giving buyers a sense of home that would have otherwise gone unnoticed.
Open House or New Listing Weekend: $795 & up
You have only one chance to make a good impression! Don’t take the chance your house won’t make that impression. Using a detailed action plan, we will take two full days to get your home ready for an open house. (1st day: Preview / set up) We will provide all the furniture / accessories (as needed) to transform your house. We will give your home that “WOW” factor that buyers are looking for. This two day process is scheduled on weekdays so that you are ready for the weekend Open House!
Redesign: $95/Hr (2 Hr minimum)
Moving into a New Home? Not selling, but want to update your current home? We can help accent your best feature, help with the placement of furniture, even suggest color scheme, window treatment, flooring, countertops and much more. Using what you own and adding elements to transform your house into your dream home is possible! Great for Real Estate agents looking for that perfect gift for their clients too! Ask about our Gift Certificates that come in a box with tissue and a classy ribbon for that special client.
Shopping Services $95/Hr (2 Hr minimum)
We can shop with you or we can purchase these items for you. Either way inexpensive accessories go a long way to making a house fell like a “Warm Cozy Home”.
Color Consultation $95/Hr (2 Hr minimum)
Afraid to “choose colors”? Don’t be! Color charts can be overwhelming. We will assist you in making the right choice. Whether your putting your house on the market or redesigning your current home, we can help. We will go room to room and pick out all the colors necessary to transform your home.
One Stop Staging
We offer this service as a great for those who need "The Works" and need someone else to manage the project. We provide all the contractors and provide a one contact approach to streamline the process and complete the project efficiently. (Ask for a custom proposal for this service to be added.)
